Friday, February 13th, 2009I have a new gag, and it’s a belter, even if I do say so myself (which I don’t, normally). One of my goals for 2009 is to have a new 20 mins of ‘bankers’ by the end of the year, not just material but proper ‘bankers’, the term given to the most robust of comedic routines that are strong enough to work in any room to any crowd without fail.
I also have a new hair cut, which is short than I wanted, but as I was properly pampered and had my washed by the barber man for the first time ever so I’m not complaining.
After a bit of a lull March is getting busy, with three show dates in Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow, a manchester double whammy of Mirth on Monday and XS malarkey on the same week, a jongleurs tryout weekend in that there London and my own new gig at Bagden Hall. Crikey.
